ABOUT: Terrapin Ridge Farms

The heart of Terrapin Ridge Farms is derived from my love of entertaining. I grew up in a family that loved to host parties – our annual Holiday Open House was legendary. My friends loved to hang out at our house and everybody was extra excited when it was Aunt Rosie’s (my mom’s) turn to host the holiday party. She made it look so easy Her secret was a laid back style and effortless, great-lasting food. The spread looked and tasted like she fussed for days. I discovered early on I inherited this love of entertaining. This has drawn me into the world of specialty food. After 10 years in the specialty food industry, I ventured out to buy a small specialty food brand with budding potential. I reached out to a friend of 22 years, and fellow Cleveland native, Brian Coughlin, in July of 2010 and together we purchased a Terrapin Ridge Farms brand. Our brand has grown from a handful of items to over 84 great selling products including savory jams, garnishing aioli squeezes, mustards, dips, dressings and sauces. We have developed a reputation as a truly original, high quality food creator. Our team is made up of passionate foodies with the goal to deliver on creating a memorable and positive experience that can be shared with loved ones, turning simple into unforgettable.

About: BRINS

It all started from making preserves in a tiny Brooklyn kitchen out of the abundant care packages of backyard citrus & herbs family would send from back home in Louisiana. We believe preserving is a passion rooted in the love found in the homes we have both near & far. After travelling extensively in Asia, Europe and Middle East as an architect I found myself staying up late & sneaking out early from work meetings to wander the spice markets & souks; seeking to explore each culture through its oldest flavors. I learned that through flavor we say & share so much, it’s how we share home. My mission is to marry the highest quality spices & favorite fruits to build the perfect “space”, one balanced with the comfort of familiarity & excitement of a new experience. To me preserving is architecture at its core: the meeting of science, craft & emotion. BRINS is a cajun french word that means “little bit”. It’s what i’ve brought to Brooklyn. From my spicy home Louisiana, my incredible travels and now sharing with you. We use less sugar, vegan pure cane sugar, all natural pectin simply made from citrus peels & zero preservatives.

About: PILSUDSKI MUSTARD CO

Pilsudski Mustard was founded in the late 1970’s by my great grandmother Betty who named the company after General Joseph Pilsudski from the Polish Army. The first flavor of mustard she created was the Polish Style Mustard with Horseradish and it is still our best selling flavor even today. In January 2015, I took over the company and quickly realized to grow the company we needed more mustard flavors. Now in 2020 we currently manufacture 6 flavors of special mustards, fresh hot horseradish and spicy bloody marry mix. Our hard work is being noticed and in 2018 we were awarded a bronze medal in the World Wide Mustard Competition with over 300+ comapnies that was held in Wisconsin. Using quality ingredients to create unique favors keeps our loyal customers always excited to see what is next. Mike Marcinko – Owner of Pilsudski Mustard.
